Special Shipping Considerations and Information
» Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
We offer FedEx 2Day, as well as USPS Overnight/Express Mail. We also ship USPS Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii whenever possible.
Please take into account the difference in time zones when you place an order and the corresponding turnaround time.
» Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes), Mail Slots etc
We can ship to Post Office Boxes aka PO Boxes with USPS. We can also ship to UPS Mailboxes, FedEx Mailboxes and Mailboxes Etc. If at checkout, you select an incompatible carrier, we will change it after, no problem.
» What is Transit Time?
Transit time is how long a package takes to be delivered to the intended destination, once it has been shipped.
Example: If you place an order on Monday with UPS 2Day service, but it doesn’t ship until Tuesday, you will receive the package on Thursday.
» Delivery Days (Business and Calendar?)
USPS delivers Priority Mail Monday through Saturday. USPS also delivers select Express Mail packages on Sunday’s as well. USPS does not deliver on any Holidays. Therefore all USPS Transit times are Calendar days because it includes Saturday.
» Priority Handling/Express Order Processing Available?
No sorry…We handle all orders the same on a first placed first shipped basis.
We generally ship all orders received and processed/charged by 12:00(noon) Eastern Time that very day, Monday through Friday.
However, this is not always possible. During very busy periods or for highly demanded/rare items, we may need an additional 1-2 business days.
Please Note: our Overnight and Express shipping options are highly discounted rates to encourage faster Transit Times to protect the cigars.
» What are the shipping charges for orders shipped partially filled or shipped in multiple boxes?
There is no additional charge for shipments that are shipped out at different times or fulfilled at different times. This includes back-ordered items.
